What we collect, and why.

The short version

This website has one form. If you fill it in, we receive what you typed so we can reply to you. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use advertising trackers.

What we collect

When you submit the Request Access form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• Your company name
• Anything you write in the message field

We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as page views and which country visits came from. This does not identify you and does not use cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is your consent, given by choosing to submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox and stores a copy so nothing is lost. Formspree is based in the United States. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Beyond these, we do not share your information with anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. After that they are deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email valentin@obventus.com and we will action it. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you are not seeing a cookie banner.
